Plot[]

Josh is seen making a fire truck at a fire station (with Cuddles watching him). When he was done, he puts his signature thumbs up. Josh sees a duck and runs off. He didn't realise that he is running into a log. Josh tried to brake but he tripped over and shouted in pain. He had hurt his leg. Cuddles comes and comforts Josh. Josh reaches his phone and calls 911. An ambulance comes and takes Josh to a hospital. At the hospital, Josh was lying on his bed until Lumpy appears. Lumpy takes a reflex test on Josh's broken leg and Josh shouted again. Lumpy calls Giggles to Josh and she wraps the broken leg with a cast. Lumpy says that he will have to have crutches for two weeks. Josh was saddened and walked out of the hospital. He didn't use a crutch before and tries to be careful. Then Guddles sees Josh and trips him over. This time, Josh injured his arm. Guddles crossed the road and was run over. Josh is seen outside of the hospital again with a cast, crutch and a sling. Josh then sees Handy and Handy laughs at his bandages. Josh was angered by Handy's ridicule and decapitated him with his crutch. Flippy gave him a high five (Flippy was supposed to kill Handy) but the crutch chopped off his arm and runs around in circles until he dies of blood loss. Josh was frightened at the death of Flippy. Josh bumped into Trippy and tripped over again. Josh came of the hospital again and this time, he was in a wheelchair. He gave a mean look at Flaky and he then saw Trippy. Josh speeds his wheelchair into Flaky and flattens her. Josh finds a rock and puts it in Trippy's path. Josh waited until Trippy runs and trips over. Josh finally laughs. Suddenly, a wrecking ball swings into Josh and smashes him and his wheelchair into pieces. Meanwhile at the hospital, Lumpy was trying to bring Guddles back to life.

This is the fourth time Giggles is seen as a nurse.
Josh laughed at Trippy because the fall summed up his name (Trippy).
Surprisingly, Flippy didn't flip out in this episode.
