Bio[]
Babbit is a dark blue babirusa with a cyanish green chest and nose, and he has tusks on his nose and mouth. He has a violent tendency of performing surgeries on various characters outside of the hospital, for example at his house. Most of the town confirmed him as a dangerous person due to his actions.

- He and several adopted characters are the only characters who were not made by HTFfanfreak, only adopted.
- He is based on Nigel Burke from Surgeon Simulator due to him peforming surgeries in other locations outside of the hospital.
- His name is based on an anime character from Kodocha.
