Queen Jewely is a black bear who is the queen of HTF City. She likes anyone who meets her and follows her commands. She also holds night parties at her palace for everyone to come to. Her enemy is Queen Cellga who battles between good and evil with her. During winter, she is mostly seen hibernating.
