Happy Tree Friends: Fliqpy's Revenge is an HTF point-and-click fan video game on PC through Steam. It's rated M for Mature by the ESRB and CERO D by the CERO in Japan for minimal parts of blood, gore and violence.
Plot[]
The game begins as the Kaplan Boys (Jordan K, Hovee and Bigtail) welcomes the player and lets him/her to watch HTF on YouTube. They soon gets bored watching all the episodes several times before, and decides to have a talk to the player about how good the Happy Tree Friends are. However, the computer eventually turns on to show Fliqpy appearing in various episodes. The Boys starts screaming in terror and the computer suddenly turns off. Julia and Soniclight warns the Boys that Fliqpy can bring bad awful nightmares to all the HTFs. David, their dad, invents the portal machine, that allows the Kaplan Boys and the player to venture into the episodes to make amends.
After saving the HTFs in the episodes and returning back home, the player and the Kaplan Boys are confronted by Fliqpy who invade their house. David grabs the metal shield from the garage and the player uses it, systematically destroying Fliqpy until he changes back to his good side, Flippy permanently. He, Julia, Soniclight, Amanda, David and the rest of the Happy Tree Friends cheers for the Kaplan Boys and the player.
Gameplay[]
The gameplay is an interactive point-and-click style that can take various forms. The player can also move the mouse to combat Fliqpy with a sword, through which the mouse's movements are shown, much like how the Wii gameplay works.
In the final boss battle against Fliqpy, the game goes into a point of view similar to what one might find in a first-person shooter game. Upon completing the game, several minigames are unlocked.
