Hooter is a barn owl who is stupid. He wears a black tophat and a black bowtie and usually flies in a disorientated fashion and hoots in a different way. Like many owls, he eats mice. Hooter is friends with most owls, except Torchy. Hooter owns a car dealership with many cars, including a Z-type, which many people think he stole.
Hooter, despite his stupid ideas, is able to manufacture and sell cars at a very expensive price. He is good at deals involving selling and mostly gets a good deal on whatever he sells. For this specific reasons, he is rich and has lots of money. Stingy people hate Hooter for his ability to get a good deal on cars. Hooter's middle name is Owlett.
