Plot[]
Croakus is seen performing magic for a crowd, the trick being that he swallows a sword. In the crowd, Gloomy pictures himself performing the act. In his mind the sword slices him open and his guts spill out, making the crowd cheer. Just then the day dream is broken by Croakus calling out for a volunteer from the audience. Gloomy see's this as the perfect chance to end his life and waves his hand. Croakus spots Gloomy and calls him up.
The scene then shifts to Gloomy tried with rope, dangling over a tank full of water. Gloomy is dropped into the water and sinks. he begins breathing in the water trying to drown but suddenly curtain closes around the tank. Corakus recites magic words and when the curtain is moved, Gloomy is standing, unbound inside a now empty tank. Gloomy groans and the scene changes. Gloomy is shown in a box full of holes and Corakus holds out a very real sword. Gloomy smiles as Corakus shoves the sword in, but he quickly frowns as he doesn't feel anything. Croakus shoves in more swords and Gloomy wiggles trying to stab himself, but fails.
Crokaus prepares to say more magic words but pauses int he middle and goes blank faced. As a result of forgetting the spell, the box that Gloomy is in suddenly explodes. The dust from he blast is quick to settle and reveals that swords have killed everyone but Gloomy, who lets out a groan. However he spots a bunch of tied together clothes.
The scene cuts once more to Gloomy with a noose made of the cloths around his neck. he leaps off the stage, only to land flat on the face as the cloth just pulls out more from Croakus' fallen hat.
