"Not Going Nuts" is a HTFF episode that introduces Chippie, a character who loves nuts.
Plot[]
One day, Hucky is gathering her nuts, piling them before going to get more. A purple chipmunk named Chippie peeks from behind the tree and snatches some of Hucky's nuts. Hucky gets more nuts and gives Giggles some. She goes back to her pile and notices that some of her nuts were swiped as she looks around to know who did it. Chippie is climbing up the tree with the nuts in her mouth when Hucky sees her. She gasps and tries to tell her to give them back. Chippie does not listen, so Hucky goes after her.
They climb up the tree and jump to the next one where Hucky almost falls off a branch. She asks Chippie to give the nuts back again. Chippie spits them out and they hit Hucky's face. Giggles looks up and dodges the falling nuts as she stares at the commotion. Hucky snarls and Chippie spits more when Hucky dodges them. A nut hits Mime's eye, leaving a black eye on him. Another hits Fin on the head, making him bawl. Another nut lands in Marshal's mouth. He chews on it happily. Another nut lands in Rad Raccoon's mouth. He chokes on it and dies. The last nut hits Kadabra's card pyramid which falls down as he scoffs.
Suddenly, Chippie is out of nuts in her mouth as she grins, then Hucky charges toward her as she screams and flees. They hop from tree to tree while Giggles tries to tell them to knock it off, but they do not listen. Hucky hops on a loose branch which breaks off and falls. Hucky manages to get out of the way without falling. The branch lands on Brony, who was galloping like a pony, and crushes her. Chippie lands on another loose branch which breaks off. She falls down to the ground with a thud.
Hucky gasps as she rushes down while Chippie begins crying as she got a broken arm now. Hucky comforts her, apologizes to her, and wraps a sling around her arm which makes her feel better. They decide to be friends as Hucky places a nut in Chippie's mouth. She chews on it and she gives a stolen nut back to her. Giggles smirks at this.
Later, they have lots of fun as they hop from tree to tree, chew nuts, swing on branches, and climb trees. Later, Chippie is swinging on a branch while Hucky chews on a nut. When she swallows it, it gets stuck in her throat and makes her choke. She tries to get Chippie's help while choking, but she does not hear her choking. She swings so fast, she ends up letting go of the branch. She is sent flying and ends up crashing her head into a beehive, rendering her stuck. Hucky then dies from her choking while Chippie struggles to get her head out of the hive, but the bees sting all over her head, killing her as blood leaks out of the hive.
The hive then falls off the the branch and it lands next to Giggles. The bees fly around as she screams and runs, getting stung all the while. The iris closes in on Chippie's stung up face.
