Plot[]
Doc and Germy operate on a patient, specifically a heart transplant. But Doc realizes they do not have any hearts to use. Just then, Snarky walks in with her tank top exposed. A smitten Doc stares at her as she puts on her lab coat. Snarky looks back at Doc, who is now so lovestruck that his beating heart is visible through his chest. She responds to him saying "Hello?", at which point his heart bursts right through his body, to her and Germy's horror.

"Take care of your heart."
Snarky helps Germy complete the operation by transplanting Doc's heart into the patient, who turns out being Cast. Nurse walks in to check on him. Now Snarky notices Germy's heart beating in a similar manner, followed by a bursting sound just when the episode fades to black.

- Doc dies as soon as his heart bursts.
- Germy presumably suffers the same fate (offscreen).

- Originally, the title was Heart Beaten.
- This marks Snarky's first appearance without Sarcasm.
- It is also the first episode since Influ-END-za that she and Doc guest star.
