The episode begins with Mia swinging on the swings. Suddenly, she falls off and lands on her teeth. As Mia rubs her mouth in pain, she notices something shining in the sand. She picks it up, revealing it's the Cursed Idol. As Mia looks at it in awe, the swing she was on suddenly rams the back of her head, killing her.
Elsewhere, Jussy in playing in the sandbox, and the Cursed Idol lands in the sandbox. A fascinated Jussy runs up to the idol and picks it up. Suddenly, she begins sinking, as the sandbox now became quicksand. She continues sinking until her entire body is submerged.
At the slide, Hatchy just reached the bottom of the slide, when suddenly, the Cursed Idol lands in his hands. Hatchy then notices a shadow above him, He looks up, and sees a giant boulder on top of the slide. Then the boulder crushes Hatchy, sending the Cursed Idol in the air.
On the Monkey Bars, Giggles is hanging upside down and swinging herself back and forth. Then the Cursed Idol lands in her hands. Suddenly, she sees an oncoming car coming towards her. As Giggles shrieks in terror, she gets hit and killed by the car.
The the owner of the car activates the windshield wipers, revealing Bowser as the driver. Unbeknownst to him, he doesn't notice the Cursed Idol in the backseat. As the screen fades to black, we can hear the tires screeching, and the car crashes onto something, possibly killing Bowser.
