Treeter is a Happy Tree Friends fan character created by MattDet, and one of his three primary characters, along with Baumey and Turner.

Character bio

Treeter is a pale green beaver with black square-lens glasses and a brown-and-gray scarf. Treeter has an addiction for wood, which is one of his animal instincts.

Treeter enjoys eating logs and even parts of trees, including branches. He will do whatever it takes to get the wood that he wants, even if he ends up hurting himself and/or hurting others, although, ironically, he isn't as crazy as his adoptive brother, Nutty. Treeter will even try to eat entire trees when desperate, but doing so, he ends up paying for this appetite, typically through his behind into the toilet, but also by vomiting, and even resulting in his death.

Treeter has also gained an interest in flying, and is frequently Handy's best friend and assistant whenever the two co-pilot aircraft.

General Trivia

• Treeter's name is a combination of the words "treat" (which is largely corrupted as "tree") and "beaver", his species.
• His head is somewhat similar to that of Rush's, mainly in the glasses and facial hair.
• Treeter was given facial hair in recognition of Ricky gaining facial hair. This makes the two one of only a handful of beavers with visible facial hair.
• Treeter was born with very poor eyesight, and thus he wears glasses.
• As of July 18, 2020, he is now coupled with Ramen.
• Both Treeter and Toothy had their first names start with capital "T".
