Ulysses is a fan character made by User:Captain Sans Nightmare.
Biography[]
Ulysses' life is not known. As he keeps it to himself. What is known is that Ulysses has a connection to Death himself (Also known as Mortem), and Drakon.
Ulysses, however, has a strange ability, which no one knows how he got it. His ability he has, is that he knows almost everything, and can able to predict some parts of the future accurately. Yet, he is wise not to be corrupt with the power. As he tends to be careful when using the ability. However, he is unable to use his ability on people who are gods or goddesses, or gods or goddesses that are reincarnated, or a few demons and demigods. Yet, he doesn't tell the person what he knows about them most of the time. However, he will do this when a person approaches him and has committed crimes and he condemns them.
Ulysses, however, doesn't give out his knowledge of almost everything for free, or not at all to the majority. As he is careful and wise, and usually knows if the person can be trusted since he knows their actions unless he is unable to use his ability on them.
Appearance[]
He wears a black duster with the American flag painted on it's back. Instead, the flag has 12 white stars in a circle and a big white star in the middle. He tan pants, and a white tank top underneath his duster. He also has brown beaded hair. He also has blue eyes, and wears a breathing mask. He wears boots.
Personality[]
Ulysses, is wise, intelligent, and judgmental. He is very cautious when it comes to trust. He is honest.
He is very cautious when giving people his knowledge, as a matter of fact, he rarely gives people knowledge, and most of the time he refuses to give people knowledge for the greater good. He is philosophical.

- His appearance is somewhat similar to Ulysses from the Fallout New Vegas DLCs. Their names are the same as well.
