Unfair Weather Friends is an HTFF Episode in which a windy day ruins Petunia's plans for a perfect picnic.
Plot[]
A bunch of Generic Tree Friends are seen flying kites at the park as Petunia arrives with a picnic basket in hand. A sudden strong gust of wind hits and blows off her flower, which she fails to catch. She sighs in disappointment but spots Giggles, Lammy and Flaky, which quickly cheers her up.
She meets up with the other girls and sets down the basket; Giggles opens it first and pulls out the picnic blanket, which she then attempts to lay out flat. Another gust of wind is quick to hit though and blows the blanket into and around her. The other girls however are quick to help her out and soon have the blanket on the ground, the corners weighed down with rocks.
Petunia reaches into the basket next and pulls out a stack of plates, but of course another gust of wind comes and blows them out of her hands. Cuddles is then walking against the wind when the plates are blown at him. He winces as they fly past and even up leaving large cuts in a tree behind him, however he appears to be unharmed... until the wind switches directions and knocks the cut tree down on him.
Back at the girls, the group is seen trying make sandwiches. Lammy finishes her own and goes to take a bite but the wind blows it apart and she ends up biting into her own hand with a sickening crunch. The others freak out, mainly Petunia as Lammy's blood almost splashes on her.
As the girls panic, the wind picks up even more, starting to form a small twister right in the middle of their set-up. The basket is slowly pulled into it and the contents dumped as it spins around in the wind. Still in pain from biting her own hand, Lammy fails to notice as plastic cutlery is flung out at her. Flaky screams in horror and runs, knocking one of the rocks out of place as she does so.
However as she attempts to flee a closed parasol is flung out and go right trough her, the hooked handle catching on her spine. The parasol then pops open and the wind blows it free, pulling some of Flaky's spine and organs with it. Petunia and Giggles are then seen again, trying to get away as well, when Giggles bow is blown off her head. She attempts to catch it but at the same time the window pulls the blanket up and it hits Giggles again, causing her to stumble into the small twister. The Blanket is then spun up like a towel being wrung out, blood spilling out with the crunch of bones.
Finally the wind comes to a sudden stop, and Petunia lets out a sigh of relief... then the basket falls and crushes her head. As her body remains standing, one more gust blows Petunia's flower onto the basket before her corpse falls over.

Deaths and Injuries[]
- Cuddles is crushed by a tree.
- Lammy bites her own hand and is later stabbed by various plastic cutlery.
- Flaky is ran through by a parasol which then rips her guts and part of her spine out.
- Giggles is wrung out inside a picnic blanket.
- Petunia's head is crushed by her picnic basket.
