"Who Let the Hot Dogs Out?" is a fan episode of Happy Tree Friends.
Plot[]
The episode begins with Cuddles and Giggles inside a Japanese restaurant. Giggles is about to eat her tako sausage with two chopsticks, only for the sausage to slip away and bounce out of the restaurant. Cuddles runs after it and decides to bring it back to Giggles when he will catch it.
Somewhere else, Toothy and Lumpy are playing baseball. Toothy throws the baseball as Lumpy is about to hit it with his bat, only for him to accidentally hit the sausage instead. He gets confused and the baseball hits him in the face. The sausage goes through Toothy's head like a bullet, leaving a huge hole in it. Toothy falls dead on the ground. Then the sausage bounces on the road where Sniffles drives with his car. Cuddles finally manages to catch the sausage, but notices that Sniffles is about to hit him with the car. Luckily, Sniffles managed to swerve the car in the last second. Sniffles sighs in relief, only for him to hit a street light.
A wheel from Sniffles' car have been bouncing of towards Cuddles. When finally back to Giggles, the wheel hits Cuddles on the head and kills him. Giggles screams and throws her chopsticks on the ceiling, causing a chandelier to come lose and crush Giggles to death. It ends with the chopsticks landing on the sausage on the floor.

- The title can be misleading because the episode is not focusing on a hot dog, but a tako sausage. There was no better name to come up with, which explains why the episode is called the way that it already is.
- All deaths in this episode involve the characters' heads (Sniffles gets his face crushed on the steering wheel).
- Lumpy is the only character who survives in this episode.
