Plot

Clesta and Robo Star were expecting a baby. They decided to host a baby shower. They called Billinginger, Syringa, Psychic, Soldier, Queen Nettle, Crabby, Old Hag, Pop, Cub, Raymond, Maple, Wally, Oak, Kid, Butters, and Flirty and told them to go to their baby shower.

At 10 AM the next day, they were waiting for the guests, but nobody came. Down the street, they were all in Cream and Laurie's baby shower. Clesta and Robo Star get mad and try to poop their party... Cream doesn't understand what they are talking about. As Cream and Robo Star fight, Clesta and Laurie's tummies were rumbling, and Crabby called the hospital...

At the hospital, Cream, Laurie, Clesta, and Robo Star were together. They all were reminiscing about Queen x Shrimpy, and even what happened to Chokillate. The girls' bellies rumbled, and Sniffles, along with Doctor and Cloudy take the girls to their rooms. Along the way, Cloudy tries to sass Doctor. They push Sniffles into the vents, pulling sniffles towards the vents. Lumpy unknowingly turns on the fan inside the vents, slicing Sniffles to bits.

Off screen, the ladies were giving birth. On screen, Cream and Robo Star were in the waiting room, chatting about Josh harassing Fancy. Cloudy and Doctor tell the dads to come in, where they hear the sound of crying babies. Clesta gave birth to Jennifer and Bree, while Laurie gave birth to Spoiley, Whippy, Laura, and Kramer. Cream and Robo Star hug each other and wish each other good parenthood.
