Plot

Trick-or-treaters flock the streets on Halloween night. Meaty hears his doorbell ring, and answers to see O' Boil wearing a paper bag mask. It blows off to reveal his acne-covered face. Instead of offering candy, Meaty gives him a celery stick to improve his health. Pierce walks past O' Boil with a full sack of candy, ridiculing him. A lollipop falls out and O' Boil decides to have one small lick.

That won't look good on photo day.

The moment his tongue touches the candy, O' Boil feels a massive pain. Then he discovers that his big boil has developed a mind of its own. He fearfully prepares to eat his celery stick, but the boil insists he should eat more candy. O' Boil feels like he could make good friends with his boil, until it starts taking control of his body.

Trippy and Superspeed walk up to a door, until O' Boil approaches them. Under control of the evil boil, he uses the celery stick to impale Trippy in the head. Superspeed backs away in fear and Elliott accidentally smashes him with the door. Elliott is so tired that he drops his bowl, littering candy everywhere, and faints asleep.

O' Boil is forced to eat all the candy off the ground. His other zits come to life and pop off his body, with the boil now taking over as their leader. Pierce is seen shaking Nutty upside-down, making lots of candy fall into his sack. Before Pierce could eat, one of the zits blows a jack-o-lantern towards him. The other zits take the candy away as he burns to death.

Shepard walks by in a grim reaper costume, giving O' Boil an idea. Borrowing Shepard's scythe, he slices off the boil. Once hitting the ground, the boil along with all the zits burst, leaving pus all over the place.

O' Boil realizes that he has not only stopped an invasion of zits, but he has cleared his face of acne. As he makes a victory dance, Shepard picks up his scythe and bites one his candy treats. A zit suddenly appears on his face.

Deaths

1. Trippy is impaled by a celery stick.
2. Superspeed is smashed by a door.
3. Pierce burns to death from jack-o-lantern fire. 
4. The boil and zits burst.

Trivia

• Trippy is dressed as Batman and Superspeed as a spy. Pierce and Nutty didn't dress up despite that they were trick-or-treating.
• Chaffy and Steve made cameos at the beginning. Respectively, they were dressed as a werewolf and a creeper (Minecraft).
• The title is a pun on "Zit Cream".
